## Sådan nulstiller du din Microsoft-adgangskode

1. Gå til Microsoft-kontoens login-side.

2. Under kan du ikke få adgang til din konto? , vælg glemt min adgangskode .

3. Indtast den e-mailadresse, telefonnummer eller Skype-navn, der er knyttet til din Microsoft-konto, og vælg Næste .

4. Vælg, hvordan du vil modtage din sikkerhedskode (enten via e-mail eller sms), og vælg Send kode .

5. Indtast den sikkerhedskode, du har modtaget, og vælg Næste .

6. Opret en ny adgangskode, og vælg næste .

7. Du vil blive logget ind på din Microsoft -konto med din nye adgangskode.

Sådan ændres din Microsoft -adgangskode

1. Sign in to your Microsoft account.

2. Vælg dit profilbillede i øverste højre hjørne, og vælg min Microsoft-konto .

3. Under Security info , select Change password .

4. Indtast din nuværende adgangskode, og indtast derefter din nye adgangskode to gange.

5. Vælg Gem .

Your Microsoft password will be changed.
